Pennsylvania’s First Modern Wilderness Survival Trek-a-Thon

The Unified Sportsmen of PA will have their rugged Vice President, Mr. John Johnson; begin a 5 day and 4 night trek into the PA WILDS on December 26th. This Rambo-type event is John's way of asking the sportsmen of Pennsylvania to support his initiative to raise funds necessary to help us preserve our hunting tradition for the youth of Pennsylvania.

While we sit in our homes thinking about the recent snow storms, the icy roads, the miserable winter weather; John will be out in the forest, alone, and doing the extraordinary to raise money for the benefit of future hunters. Give his activity some serious thought. Would you be willing to undertake such an adventure for the benefit of our next generations of hunters? Most will say "no"; but John is confident that you would instead be willing to provide a donation for a worthy cause. All support will be very much appreciated.

Mr. Johnson is ready, willing, and able to take on the PA WILDS for 5 days and 4 nights. This is not a rehearsed TV kind of SURVIVOR, it is a real sportsman, hunter, conservation minded individual like you and me; except that he is willing to Walk-The-Walk in order to encourage others to support the efforts of the USP. For as little as $1.00 per day you can realize the good feeling of providing financial support to the only statewide sportsmen's organization that is working everyday for the benefit of hunters, shooters, trappers, anglers and like-minded individuals. We thank you in advance for your participation in this unique fund raiser. Every dollar donated will get you a ticket in the annual USP Raffle held at the Cross Fork Snake Hunt in June.

John will literally live off of the land for 5 days and 4 nights, facing the harsh elements of a good, old-fashioned winter in the rugged mountains of northern Pennsylvania to support family values and hunting and fishing for kids forever.
